Genera has been working with a number of investment partners of different types to realise its development pipeline. We have engaged with financing partners from some of the top tiered banking institutions, family offices, funds, and other esoteric funding structures. Some of the investment models used by the business involves a funding collaboration for the development and construction phase of the projects followed by a sale/lease to institutional investors or consortia. For the development and construction phase Genera uses forms of Debt structuring, equity partners as we work with lenders and use of joint venture structures to co-develop projects. Genera expects to continue to use a variety of funding solutions to develop its substantial project pipeline throughout the world to include inter-governmental bilateral and multilateral agreements, export finance (where there is a requirement),FDIinitiatives, pseudo-government investment banking parastatals, as well as a myriad of private equity firms and sovereign investment funds.

OVER TIME GENERA MAY RETAIN A PORTION OF ITS DEVELOPED PROJECTS ON ITS BALANCE SHEET EITHER IN WHOLE OR IN PART AND PARTICIPATE IN THE LONG-TERM MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSETS.
